This is probably TMI for a public platform but I don’t care. Since becoming a mom almost 4 years ago I am ANXIOUS. The sleep exhaustion and intense love you feel combined just creates an anxiety. Am I right moms?! The staff at north Florida pediatrics & most notably (who I have the most experience with) Dr. Maci McDermott always take the time to hear out my concern, do a thorough evaluation, and is deeply knowledgeable. You can so easily see how deeply Dr. McDermott cares about her patients & their families. I don’t know if I would have survived these early years without Dr. McDermott. I’m so thankful my kids have a doctor who cares. That being said I’ve also been extremely pleased by many other staff members. Elizabeth Stricklands APRNS knowledge and years of experience are deeply invaluable. It’s obvious she cares for her patients and their families as well.

I’ve been coming to this pediatric office since I was a baby, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better place. Every visit has always been a positive experience because the doctors, nurses, and front desk staff are so kind, patient, and welcoming. They always take the time to listen carefully, answer every question, and make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. The office is always clean, organized, and has a friendly atmosphere that makes going to the doctor much less stressful. I really appreciate how much they care about their patients and how they remember families even after so many years. They have helped me stay healthy as I’ve grown up, and I’m so thankful for all of the amazing care I’ve received. I highly recommend this pediatric practice to any family looking for compassionate, professional, and trustworthy healthcare for their children. Thank you to everyone at the office for everything you’ve done for me over the years. You have truly made a difference in my life, and I’m so grateful to have been your patient since I was a baby!

I have only been coming here for a few months now & when I say super friendly & professional staff! I absolutely love the office & the people who work there. Super clean establishment as well.

Overall, the staff and doctors at North Florida Pediatrics are very friendly and caring. They make visits comfortable and are always helpful with questions and concerns. One of the best services they provide is their after-hours support, sick waiting area, and the ability to see sick kids the same day. We truly appreciate the kindness, care, and support they provide.

Each time I visit my boys doctor office we are greeted with warm smiles even when I’m rushing in from crazy traffic customer care is top tier! If I need to make an appointment change the team always accommodates our families schedule! We’ve been patients for 8 years and 10 months! We Love our Pediatrician! Thank you for still showing compassion in this busy world.
